There are many different opportunities for advertising your role from free advertisements to paid advertisements that allow you to look through a CV bank of possible candidates. We can help you decide on the best approach.

Review CVs

When a role is advertised correctly it will attract a lot of interest. Some of the candidates will not be suitable for the role whether this is down to location, experience or qualifications.

Telephone interview short listing

As part of the short listing programme our recruitment process includes calling all candidates for a brief telephone interview to verify their experience and qualifications.

Schedule interviews

We will schedule all of the interviews ensuring the candidate knows when and where to attend. We will also request confirmation that they are able to attend the interview via written communication.

Assist and plan interviews

Our recruitment package can include writing interview questions and attending either via Teams or face to face if you are local to us.

Send job offers

Once you have decided on a suitable candidate we will notify all applicants who were unsuccessful and also send an offer email to the successful candidate.

Exit interviews

An exit interview is an interview with an employee who is about to leave an organisation. It can be a great time to receive feedback on their reason for leaving and their experience as an employee working for your company. This could be a great opportunity to implement some changes prior to inducting a new member of staff.
